We believe God ordained family to be a spiritual unit and parents have the greatest influence in the spiritual formation of their children. Therefore, children’s ministry, together with youth ministry, is essentially a parent’s ministry which supports parents in fulfilling their calling to bring up godly children.
As a family-oriented church, we take a holistic approach to minister to the spiritual needs of the whole family. While parents have the primary responsibility to teach their children, they do need the support of the whole church to carry out this very important mission.
Our goal at children’s ministry is to empower and equip parents to be the primary spiritual mentors for their children, teaching them God’s word and modeling how to live out their faith in their everyday lives. We support parents by providing them with resources and opportunities to take an active role in their children’s spiritual growth, so that everyone in the family may grow together in their faith and godly characters.
